PROCESSING & SHIPPING
Delivery (The time that it takes for your order to be delivered after it is placed) = Processing Time + Shipping Time. All items are made to order, and are processed within 3 business days. Orders will be shipped by either USPS First Class or USPS Priority, once processing is complete. USPS estimated shipping times are 2-5 business days.


CANCELLATIONS
Changes or cancellations can be made if you notify us within 6 hours of placing your order.


RETURN POLICY
Returns & Exchanges will be accepted within 14 days of delivery of your order on NON-CUSTOMIZED items. No returns or exchanges will be accepted on customized items. Customized items include any items that contain your chosen names, text, date, and/or color combinations. Please contact us if any errors were made on your order, and every effort will be made to correct the issue.
